Working at a startup differs in many ways from a position at an established company. Young companies aren't just looking for ordinary employees, but dedicated employees who are willing to contribute and quickly take on responsibility. This also includes enjoying learning new things and being able to think outside the box\u2014after all, the demands change almost daily, especially during the start-up phase and in the first few years of a company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Munich is a booming startup hub, and space for young companies is accordingly scarce. Just like the search for housing, finding suitable space in Munich can sometimes be challenging. Co-founder wanted<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Successful startups repeatedly emphasize the importance of a good team. This starts at the management level. The chemistry, work ethic, and goal setting between founders should be right. Finding the right co-founder<\/a> is therefore not easy. This category is intended to support you in your search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cooperations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The trend toward collaboration continues unabated: According to a Bitkom study from summer 2019, 79 percent of startups work with established companies. Sixty percent of these companies are developing a new product or service together with a medium-sized company or corporation. Another 46 percent are collaborating with large companies in other ways. Established companies even own shares in 17 percent of the startups surveyed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can specifically search for them from other companies who were themselves looking for affordable initial setup for their startup office and therefore know what you need.
