Everdrop, a startup founded in October 2019, sells sustainably produced and vegan household products. Founders Christian Becker, Daniel Schmitt-Haverkamp, and David L\u00f6we have now raised a high six-figure sum in their first round of financing. The exact amount was not disclosed. Business angel investors include Christoph Behn with Better Ventures<\/a>, Sven Bauer and Gerald Kullack, founders of Lillydoo<\/a> and Sebastian Merkhoffer, founder and CEO of Fitvia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the fresh capital, the Munich-based startup plans to venture into international expansion and launch further sustainable products for the household sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everdrop founder David L\u00f6we<\/strong> is pleased with the successful pre-seed financing round: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only if we succeed in getting the majority of the population excited about sustainable products can we make a significant contribution to environmental protection."<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Water, tab, ready, go!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Everdrop wants to use its cleaning products to create more sustainability<\/a> in the household. The concept: Customers dissolve one tab for each all-purpose, bathroom, or glass cleaner in a reusable Everdrop spray bottle made of recycled plastic and can then start cleaning with the liquid. The tabs are packaged in paper, which can be recycled after use. The tabs are also vegan and biodegradable. This approach aims to avoid using a new plastic bottle for each new all-purpose, bathroom, or glass cleaner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Munich-based company has also added a sustainable detergent to its product range. Interestingly, the detergent is individually tailored to the customer's needs based on their personal postcode.
Adapted to water hardness. According to the company, this intelligent water hardness concept can save up to 50 percent of unnecessary surfactants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
