Cobrainer<\/a> develops an AI-supported platform for companies and their employees for internal staffing and skills management. The Munich-based startup was founded in 2013 from a research project at the Technical University of Munich. The AI-based technology creates a cross-departmental overview of existing and in-demand skills within a company. This is intended to enable managers within a company to better utilize existing potential and plan ahead to build required skills internally at an early stage through continuing education opportunities.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wayra and Cobrainer have been working together since last year to integrate the HR solution into the Telef\u00f3nica Group. Based on an initial pilot project, Cobrainer developed the Beyond platform in May of this year as part of the group-wide human resources strategy, which is intended to encourage employees to develop personally and professionally within the company. The group intends to rely even more on its own employees in the future. By the end of 2022, 70 percent of all vacant positions will be filled exclusively internally.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hanns-Bertin Aderhold<\/strong>, Managing Director of Cobrainer<\/a>, says about the expansion of cooperation: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wayra is investing in the Munich-based HR tech company Cobrainer.
