Anyone familiar with Munich's startup scene is probably familiar with the Munich coffee roastery's black barista van. In addition to selling excellent coffee at events, the Munich-based company has primarily earned money through its own events. Co-founder Benjamin Gr\u00f6schel shares in the #CoronaUpdate how his startup has repositioned itself.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like many other young companies, the Munich coffee roaster has lost a significant part of its business model due to the Corona crisis. As Benjamin Gr\u00f6schel reports, Startup<\/a> took the crisis as an opportunity to look for new business models and, together with its partners, quickly found them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI am convinced that the crisis offers an opportunity to create added value.\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the one hand, the coffee startup sends coffee to customers and employees on behalf of companies and with their branding \u2014 as a gift to be remembered during difficult times or as a motivational boost in the home office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Munich-based company has also followed the example of many event organizers in the digital world. Their virtual coffee tastings are aimed at corporate clients, among other things, as team-building activities. Despite all the challenges of the crisis, Benjamin Gr\u00f6schel says:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI am convinced that the crisis offers an opportunity to develop and launch new formats that will create added value beyond the Corona period.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
