Step NYC: 4 times a year, the German-American Chamber of Commerce in <\/strong>
\nNew York together with VentureOutNY<\/a> and various other partner organizations, up to 15 German startups from different industries have the opportunity to participate in a 5-day Startup program in New York City<\/a> to participate.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

The next program will take place from February 28<\/strong> until March 4, 2016<\/strong> The Application deadline ends <\/strong>this on January 29, 2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Why New York City?<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the USA, in addition to California\u2019s Silicon Valley, New York City<\/strong> a true hotspot for Startups<\/strong> from all over the world.<\/p>\n

New York is with its extremely dynamic market environment<\/b>, his Venture capital investors<\/b>, the high purchasing power<\/b> as well as the multitude of excellent contacts to Companies, mentors, universities and the startup scene <\/b>an optimal environment for startups.<\/p>\n

STEP NYC aims to support startups in their Internationalization strategy <\/b>and Self-marketing <\/b>to support them so that they can implement their market positioning in Germany even more successfully.<\/p>\n

During the program, the participating companies<\/p>\n

  1. her Testing business ideas<\/b> and adapt to the needs of the US market<\/li>\n
  2. learn their corresponding Pitch to adapt to the US market<\/b><\/b><\/li>\n
  3. first Customer contacts and partnerships<\/b> build on the US market<\/li>\n
  4. the Local startup scene<\/b> get to know New York City<\/li>\n
  5. Meet mentors<\/b>who have advised startup companies on how to successfully position themselves with their own US branch<\/li>\n
  6. Business angels and venture capital investors<\/b> meet<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    During the program, the German-American Chamber of Commerce <\/a>and its partners provide valuable networks for startups to established companies, research institutes, mentors, investors and potential customers in the German-American business world.<\/p>\n

    At the end of this short program, the participating companies from Germany will be ideally prepared to participate
    \non the 3-6 month program of the     German Accelerator<\/b> <\/a>to apply.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
