Bayern Kapital, together with Main Incubator, the early-stage investor of the Commerzbank Group, is investing in Scompler as part of a seven-figure seed financing round. The Munich-based company's software-as-a-service solution covers strategic content management processes and bundles corporate communications and marketing content on a single platform. With the fresh capital, Scompler intends to further advance the development and expansion of the product's feature set.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ADAC, BASF, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bahn, Merck and Nestl\u00e9 \u2014 with its SaaS solution, Scompler<\/a> has already won over well-known customers. With the help of the combination of software solutions and strategic consulting, content can be organized and published across channels and projects as a structured editorial and topic plan. With this approach, the startup, founded in 2018, was able to convince two investors in its seed financing round: Bayern Kapital and Main Incubator. The funds from this financing round will primarily be used to further develop the Scompler platform. Among other things, the integration of functions for media monitoring and analysis of the company's own content is planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digitally map complex communication strategies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mirko Lange<\/strong>, founder and CEO of Scompler, says:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

"Managing communication content across all channels in a target-group-oriented manner is a very complex task given the increasing heterogeneity and digitalization. This is precisely where we come in as a holistic software solution. Like hardly any other platform, Scompler is capable of digitally mapping even complex communication strategies and implementing them across channels. We were particularly successful with this last year. The new financial resources will be a great help to us in implementing a whole range of new technologies and functions."<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Roman Huber<\/a><\/strong>, Managing Director of Bayern Kapital, says:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

"Many companies are experiencing a turning point in their communications and marketing: External representation must increasingly address the specific needs of their target groups in order to differentiate themselves from the competition. Therefore, we see considerable market potential in Scompler: In the age of digitalization, the young high-tech company, with its sophisticated solution, is fully in tune with the times.
