Munich Startup:<\/em> Who are you and what do you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Philipp Debbas, Ysura:<\/em> We came together as a spin-off of a Munich-based management consultancy. We seized the opportunity to combine a pharmaceutical consulting project with our passion for CRM software to found our own company. The existing customer relationship management (CRM) systems on the market weren't flexible enough for the needs of global pharmaceutical companies\u2014and mobile solutions weren't yet mature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We then developed one of the first mobile-first solutions that was, above all, user-friendly. Today, it has become a comprehensive solution <\/a>which is used by pharmaceutical companies in sales and marketing to manage campaigns, events and consents, send personalized emails or record orders. Our The latest development is the Augmented Communication Workspace<\/a>, which combines video communication with CRM processes, thus opening up an additional communication channel between doctors and field staff. Flexibility remains an important issue for our customers, so they can choose between a complete solution or modular additions to their existing systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup:<\/em> But that's been around for a long time! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ysura:<\/em> The Augmented Communication Workspace is a complete innovation and will certainly change the way the industry works. Today, pharmaceutical sales representatives spend an enormous amount of time traveling to doctors and sitting in waiting rooms, often only managing to have five-minute conversations in passing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our secure digital meeting room enables focused discussion, focusing on the physician's needs when it comes to scientific studies, new medications, or interesting continuing education courses. And our CRM? Sure, it already exists, but we're doing it better. Many large pharmaceutical companies work with globally standardized software, which often doesn't meet local market requirements at the country level\u2014be it trilingual document templates in Switzerland or time-limited consent forms for specific topics. These companies are then often forced to comply with global requirements and also seek the most pragmatic local solutions possible. With our CRM or individual modules, we offer flexible solutions that can be implemented by the customer in the shortest possible time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup:<\/em> What has been your biggest challenge so far?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ysura:<\/em> Our challenge is to compete with the big players in the market. However, we have two major advantages over the established companies: our outstanding user interface, which is particularly easy and intuitive to use, and our agility, which allows us to implement customer requests in the shortest possible time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
