The event was organized by the Social Entrepreneurship Akademie (SEA), the Referat f\u00fcr Arbeit und Wirtschaft (RAW) of the City of Munich (LHM), and the Social Entrepreneurship Network Germany (SEND). \u00a9 Bernadette St\u00f6ckl\/ SEA<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The keynote speech was delivered by Ulla Engelmann, Head of Unit for Advanced Technologies, Clusters and the Social Economy at the European Commission. "Hipster, Hustler, Nerd, and Hippie: Skills for the 21st Century" was the title of Sebastian Planck's talk. But the head of SEA's Qualifications department didn't just throw around buzzwords; he also explained to the event participants why the "Four Cs"\u2014collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and creativity\u2014are important not only for social entrepreneurs. \u00a9 Bernadette St\u00f6ckl\/ SEA<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The panel discussion addressed the question of what framework conditions social entrepreneurs need. It also addressed what Munich already offers in this regard and how stronger collaboration between existing networks could be achieved.
Among those on the podium were (from left to right) Kurt Kapp, deputy speaker and head of economic development at Referat f\u00fcr Arbeit und Wirtschaft, Barbara Scheck, head of the \u201cEuropean Center for Social Finance\u201d at Munich Business School and Oliver Alexy, professor at the Entrepreneurship Research Institute of the Technical University of Munich, as well as Christina Ramgraber, social entrepreneur and managing director of Sira<\/a>. \u00a9 Bernadette St\u00f6ckl\/ SEA<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
