The winning projects will receive a total of \u20ac80,000 in start-up funding.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the Paulaner Salvator Prize, the renowned Munich brewery aims to financially support projects that make the city a better place to live. The competition&#039;s patron is Alexandra Sch\u00f6rghuber, the main shareholder of the Paulaner Brewery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">This year\u2019s motto of the Paulaner Salvator Prize: \u201cTraditioneu\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The brewery has already awarded projects with the Paulaner Salvator Prize for the past two years. The first year&#039;s competition was held under the motto &quot;Opening Doors,&quot; and the following year under the motto <a href=\"\/en\/37520\/paulaner-salvator-prize-2018\/\">\u201cTo good neighbors!\u201d<\/a>This year, we&#039;re looking for the best ideas on the topic &quot;Traditioneu. How time-honored traditions connect us today.&quot; These are projects that revive well-known traditions, reinterpret them, and contribute to Munich&#039;s community life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to apply<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Startups, organizations, social businesses, and private individuals over the age of 18 can submit their project ideas online until July 31, 2019. Important: The concept must address a social problem related to the topic of &quot;Traditioneu&quot; in the Munich metropolitan area. Submitted ideas should also be in the conceptual phase, close to implementation, or in the early stages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competition procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The applicants with the best ideas will be selected between September 2 and 27, 2019. They will then be able to submit their detailed concepts. They will also have the opportunity to participate in an applicant workshop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In November 2019, a jury of experts will select the best submitted concepts. This year, the funding amount is again \u20ac80,000, which will be distributed among one or more projects. The jury includes Andreas Steinfatt and Christiane Uhl, managing directors of the Paulaner Brewery; Ute Bertel from the City of Munich Executive Board; Dominik B.
