As the name suggests, Robotise works with robots. More specifically, the Munich-based startup develops service robots that are already in use in several Munich hotels. Founders Johannes Fuchs and Oliver Stahl told us more about this in our 7-question interview<\/a> betrayed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Who are you and what do you do? Please briefly introduce yourself and your product\/service!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Robotise was founded in 2016 by Johannes Fuchs (29) and Oliver Stahl (49). The company's headquarters are located on the "Campus of Ideas" in Munich. Today, the Robotise team has more than 20 employees. The company plans to continue strong growth in all business areas. The founders met at the Startup Demo Night.<\/p>\n

Robotise develops and markets service robots for companies and public institutions. Its core focus is on solving everyday challenges where service robotics can deliver significant benefits\u2014such as improving service delivery, relieving staff, compensating for skilled labor shortages, and opening up new opportunities for customers.<\/p>\n

Feedback is the be-all and end-all<\/h3>\n

2. But that's been around for a long time!<\/strong><\/p>\n

That is a matter of definition.<\/p>\n

3. What are the three main ingredients for your recipe for success?<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. An outstanding team with a mix of vast experience and emerging talent with high standards. Advisors, partners, and investors who are on board and contribute their knowledge.<\/p>\n

2. Start talking to potential customers early on and learn what's truly valuable to them. Then align your company accordingly\u2014that is, develop a deep understanding of the market and continue learning. Ask for feedback and take it to heart.<\/p>\n

3. Focus on what's truly important. This often means saying no. Launch the product early and connect with customers and users. This is difficult with hardware, but all the more valuable.<\/p>\n

4. Let\u2019s get down to business: How is business going?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The first handful of Jeeves robots are in use in Munich hotels.<\/p>\n

Munich stands for a unique culture and a high quality of life. Its universities boast top talent who are hungry and entrepreneurial. The local industry and suppliers make complex product development, consisting of hardware and software, possible.<\/p>\n
