The investor, negotiation coach and lecturer Martin Giese takes over the management of the Entrepreneurship<\/a>-Incubators Xpreneurs. He succeeds Martin Heibel, who, after establishing the startup incubator, will now focus on new entrepreneurial challenges.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As Managing Director, Martin Giese's task is to accompany startups from all over the world from the initial idea to a market-ready business model within three months. He is supported by a team and the Entrepreneurship network, consisting of companies, experts, talents, and investors.<\/p>\n

Long teaching experience at CDTM<\/h3>\n

Giese brings experience as a business angel, investor, independent negotiation coach, and managing director and has maintained an intensive exchange with the startup community for 20 years. Since 2000, he has taught at Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM)<\/a> the LMU and TU Munich, where he found his first angel investment (Primo Espresso) in 2003.<\/p>\n

His predecessor, Heibel, will continue to support Martin Giese and the Xpreneurs team in the coming months before returning to his own entrepreneurial endeavors. The new addition to the incubator studied law at the University of Hamburg, with stints in Geneva and Singapore, and earned two master's degrees from Harvard and MIT. Giese subsequently worked full-time in management positions in the telecommunications industry for over 15 years.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe success speaks for itself\u201d<\/h3>\n

Most recently, he spent five years as Managing Director of Vodafone Kabel Deutschland's customer service department, which employs 1,700 people. For over a year, he has been working as a mentor and workshop leader at Xpreneurs.<\/p>\n

Goal of Xpreneurs<\/a> is to turn promising technology startups in the areas of Smart City, Mobility, Industry 4.0, B2B Software & Hardware and Medical Technology into sustainable and scalable companies.<\/p>\n

Martin Giese<\/strong><\/a> says about the program:<\/p>\n
