The goal of the FAC is to support innovators in the food and agricultural sectors in the food supply chain from farm to fork and to promote the establishment and development of innovative companies. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The competition aims, among other things, to improve agricultural productivity through the implementation of more efficient solutions and to improve the ecological footprint of agriculture through greater resource efficiency.<\/p>\n<h3>From Agtech to Agro-Tourism<\/h3>\n<p>Business ideas from the following topics are accepted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Food technology<\/li>\n<li>Agtech<\/li>\n<li>Agricultural production &amp; processing<\/li>\n<li>Nutrition and health<\/li>\n<li>Agricultural income<\/li>\n<li>Food waste<\/li>\n<li>Food \/ Drink<\/li>\n<li>Product \/ Retail<\/li>\n<li>Education<\/li>\n<li>Agro-tourism<\/li>\n<li>Safety and health<\/li>\n<li>Packaging and logistics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What you can win at the Future Agro Challenge<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentorship: Experts offer webinars and bootcamps to support agripreneurs.<\/li>\n<li>Global Recognition: Network and media partners worldwide offer finalists recognition that helps them enhance their growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Networking and global partnerships: The global network brings together agripreneurs and stakeholders from over 60 countries on 5 continents to develop new partnerships and access new markets.<\/li>\n<li>Prizes: Based on the needs of the finalists, customized services and support will be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Requirements for participation in the Future Agro Challenge<\/h3>\n<p>Competition participants must be able to demonstrate a working MVP and must have been on the market for no more than five years. There is no age limit. Teams or individuals can participate.<\/p>\n<h3>How the competition works<\/h3>\n<p>The three-stage application process includes a written application phase, a national pre-selection and the international final.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. By 16 September all applicants must <a href=\"http:\/\/facagro.com\/compete\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fill out the application form<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. German preselection at the \u201c3rd Agtech Foodtech Summit\u201d in Berlin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
