After having attended many exciting events and conferences this year, including the SXSW<\/a> in Austin, re:publica<\/a>, the Noah Conference<\/a> and that Tech Open Air<\/a> in Berlin, the Pioneers Festival<\/a> in Vienna and the Cebit<\/a> in Hanover, we want to take a look at the remaining program of exciting events this year. In addition to the Munich highlight Bits & Pretzels, the Web Summit in Lisbon and Slush in Helsinki are also on our list.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cologne has several events in store<\/h3>\n

August 16-17: INTERACTIVE Festival<\/a>, Cologne<\/strong><\/p>\n

The INTERACTIVE Festival in Cologne brings together the creative and digital industries. Digital trends and future ideas are discussed here. The event in the cathedral city offers a diverse program of lectures, workshops, hackathons, and parties.<\/p>\n

August 31 to September 5: IFA NEXT Startup Days<\/a>, Berlin<\/strong><\/p>\n

Exchange platform for startups with three "P"s? IFA NEXT Startup Days! The event invites you to the German capital P<\/strong>presentations, P<\/strong>itches and P<\/strong>panel discussions. Since the days are structured thematically, visitors can find the information they are interested in in advance. A supporting program rounds out the event.<\/p>\n

September 12-13: Start-up Village dmexco<\/a>, Cologne<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Cologne<\/a>Once again, it's off to the carnival capital of Cologne. At dmexco, the trade fair for digital and marketing, the Startup Village is home to all newcomers and startups from the marketing, media, and tech sectors. This provides ample opportunities for networking and exchange between founders\/startups with investors, partners, and even new customers.<\/p>\n

September 18-19: StartupCon<\/a>, Cologne<\/strong><\/p>\n

And while you're there, why not stay on the Rhine? Perhaps a quick detour to D\u00fcsseldorf, then it's off to Cologne: StartupCon invites founders and startups to the LANXESS Arena for the third time. Over 400 speakers will be seen and heard on the various stages. In addition, the Y-Academy offers numerous workshops and attracts visitors with presentations from entrepreneurs and lecturers. In the Exhibition Area, startups also have the opportunity to present their products to customers, investors, and partners.<\/p>\n

New trends alongside old businesses: Future topics on the Reeperbahn<\/h3>\n

September 20-21: NEXT<\/a>, Hamburg<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Hamburg<\/a>Next up is the NEXT Conference in the far north of Germany. Schmidts Tivoli on the legendary Reeperbahn will host the NEXT Stage. This is convenient, as the Reeperbahn Festival is taking place at the same time. At the Hamburg conference, marketing and product managers, startups and executives from the digital economy, as well as innovative entrepreneurs, will exchange ideas on the latest trends and digital transformation.<\/p>\n

Founders' festival with Oktoberfest spectacle<\/h3>\n

September 30 to October 2: Bits & Pretzels<\/a>, Munich<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bits & Pretzels in Munich has become a fixture in the startup event landscape. After two days of an extensive program featuring top-notch speakers, the final third of the event is the final stretch with exuberant networking at Oktoberfest. An atmosphere that few events can match. For many, it's therefore already a must-attend event.<\/p>\n

Once you've recovered from the exertions of the Oktoberfest, it's a good idea to head to the Entrepreneurship Summit in Berlin. A classic among startup events, networking is a top priority here. From founders and visionaries to lateral thinkers and experts, everyone is represented. Interactive workshops and exciting keynote speeches await you.<\/p>\n

October 12-13: deGUT<\/a>, Berlin<\/strong><\/p>\n

deGUT: This stands for the 34th German Founders and Entrepreneurs Days. These are an important meeting place for entrepreneurs and founders. They will find a comprehensive seminar and workshop program as well as consulting services on topics relevant to founders. This allows participants to gain comprehensive information on what companies need today for a good start and healthy growth. Definitely worth a visit!<\/p>\n

Plenty of events, from Lisbon to Ludwigsburg<\/h3>\n

November 5-8: Web Summit<\/a>, Lisbon (Portugal)<\/strong><\/p>\n

One of the most prominent events in Europe is certainly the Web Summit<\/a>The tech conference in Lisbon has long been considered a must-attend event for all startups and founders with a tech background. Since its launch in 2010, the event has rapidly established itself as a fixture and has grown at a rapid pace. Today, approximately 60,000 attendees flock to the Web Summit, where they can expect over 1,200 speakers. More than 170 countries are represented. Large, colorful, and impressive: a massive networking event with a program of exciting topics that you shouldn't miss.<\/p>\n

November 12th to 18th: Founders' Week<\/a>, throughout Germany<\/strong><\/p>\n

This nationwide and Europe-wide action week aims to awaken and strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit. Numerous events are offered throughout Germany, including lectures, workshops, exhibitions, and panel discussions. There's sure to be something for you near you.<\/p>\n

November 15 \u2013 16: innovation valley | corporate meets startup<\/a>, Ludwigsburg<\/strong><\/p>\n

The innolution valley aims to promote exchange between startups and corporates. The event will take place for the second time in mid-November. In addition to a diverse program featuring well-known speakers and interesting workshops, you'll have the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with others.<\/p>\n

Crowning conclusion in Helsinki<\/h3>\n

November 29-30: TechCrunch Disrupt<\/a>, Berlin<\/strong><\/p>\n

TechCrunch Disrupt: This is where groundbreaking technologies are introduced, the future of the tech industry is discussed, and revolutionary startups are showcased. But attendees aren't just condemned to listen: The event's own hackathon and the Startup Battlefield competition require initiative, and the big afterparty is just as important!<\/p>\n

December 4-5: Slush<\/a>, Helsinki (Finland)<\/strong><\/p>\n
