Existing investors Seventure Partners, Extorel, and b-to-v also participated in the current round. The multi-million-euro investment will be invested in the international expansion of the Testbirds team and in the development of new technologies.<\/p>\n<h3>Further expand leadership position<\/h3>\n<p>With 100 employees, offices in several European countries and an international crowd of over 300,000 registered testers as well as innovative technology, the Munich-based startup, founded in 2011, tests websites and apps for its clients for error-freeness, usability and acceptance.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&quot;We are very pleased to have gained the trust of two new investors and convinced them of our business model. With this investment, we intend to further expand our team and strengthen our position as one of the leading providers in the field of software testing,&quot;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>says<strong> Philipp Benkler<\/strong>, founder and managing director of <a href=\"\/en\/23843\/interview-testbirds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Testbirds<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The IT service provider counts numerous renowned companies, such as Deutsche Telekom, Audi, Deutsche Post, Henkel, Payback, n-tv and Western Union, among its customers.<\/p>\n<h3>An impressive development<\/h3>\n<p>In addition to crowdtesting, the company also offers cloud-based services for testing software applications.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&quot;Testbirds has established itself as an expert in software testing over the past few years and has continuously expanded its business model.
