Time is money. And you always have too little of at least one. This is where Erledigt App GmbH comes in with its idea of a matching platform for private clients and service providers. The young Munich-based startup relies on a C2C model.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Who are you and what do you do? Please briefly introduce yourself and your product!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hello, we are Done App Team<\/a>We are Florian Thiel, 25, former founder of Inlope and our front-end developer. Konstantin Bauer, 22, our sales professional; Lukas Streit, 21, who recently completed his computer science studies at the Technical University and is our back-end developer. And last but not least, Janis Sch\u00e4fer, 21, in charge of marketing.<\/p>\n

Flo, Konsti, and Janis met while studying media and communications management at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Munich. All three successfully completed their bachelor's degrees this spring. Lukas and Janis are long-time schoolmates and childhood friends.<\/p>\n

The idea <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The idea for the company came about during an "Online Management" lecture. The idea was to design an online business model. The idea at the time was: Many people lack the time to complete their everyday tasks themselves. On the other hand, students, for example, are looking for an easy way to earn money. We wanted to bring both parties together and simplify the process as much as possible.<\/p>\n

The product <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The result is the "Erledigt" app. Erledigt is a mobile application available for iOS and Android that offers a platform (marketplace) for private clients and service providers, displays an intelligent and structured real-time overview of the local microjob market, and handles matching and communication between both parties, as well as payment. What makes us unique is the app's gamification factor, the comprehensive customer support, and the app's ease of use without any hurdles, which should also allow older customers to use it easily.<\/p>\n

Role models in the USA and Australia<\/h3>\n

2. But that's been around for a long time! <\/strong><\/p>\n

In principle, that's true. However, not in Germany\/DACH. Of course, there are many job boards, student placement agencies, and portals in Germany where you can book domestic help. However, there is currently no two-sided, C2C-based supply\/demand market specializing in micro-jobs. This is also referred to as the so-called gig economy. To return to the statement: In the USA and Australia, there is already a large platform that is quite similar to our business model and how we operate. We are convinced that this will also become a growth area in Germany.<\/p>\n

3. What has been your biggest challenge so far? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Our launch in Munich. We've been working on our product for over a year now. Major challenges kept cropping up, and the launch date kept getting pushed back. On March 19, we finally made it. It was definitely a wonderful moment. When the first downloads and even the first orders started coming in, we felt a bit euphoric.<\/p>\n

4. Let\u2019s get down to business: How is business going? <\/strong><\/p>\n

As of today, we've only been online for a few days, so it's clear that you shouldn't expect too much yet. However, everything is currently going according to plan, and we're simply delighted with every order placed and completed through us. We want to get our advertising off the ground in the coming weeks and hit the ground running. We're motivated and confident.<\/p>\n

5. What does Munich mean to you? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Flo, Lukas, and Janis are Munich natives, meaning "born and raised." Konsti, although originally from Rosenheim (which we certainly forgive), has also lived here for three years. Jokes aside, Munich is a beautiful city and especially interesting for startups. Through our regular participation in the networking events that take place almost daily in the city, we now know many other startups, all of whom are friendly and helpful. In my opinion, this community feeling should be pushed even more. You can almost always help each other out.<\/p>\n

6. How will your startup become the next unicorn? Or will we see you soon at Epic Fail Night? <\/strong><\/p>\n
