Toposens has won the first-ever Innovators Award presented by Arrow Electronics. With its innovative product, a 3D ultrasound sensor, the Munich-based startup prevailed against 34 other participants from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 3D ultrasound sensor from Toposens<\/a> determines the precise position of objects and people and is therefore suitable for numerous Internet of Things (IoT) applications.<\/p>\n

Technology startups and companies from the electronics and electrical engineering sectors received support from an Arrow project engineer during the project phase from May to September 2017 and presented their solutions to the jury at the awards ceremony at Arrow's Neu-Isenburg location. The jury consisted of representatives from the manufacturers Analog Devices, STMicroelectronics, TE Connectivity, the startup-focused consulting firm BatchOne, and Arrow.<\/p>\n

Exciting cross-section of the tech scene<\/h3>\n

As part of the award, Arrow, together with these companies, supports startups in selecting suitable technologies, in finding manufacturing capacities and financially in order to specifically support them in the development of new solutions.<\/p>\n
