The Bavaria Israel Partnership Accelerator supports innovation projects in the field of digitalization and aims to contribute to building sustainable economic relations between Bavaria and Israel. Teams of entrepreneurs from both countries develop customized solutions for companies' challenges.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The program is open to companies from Israel and Bavaria seeking innovative ideas. Students and young professionals interested in starting a business participate in a four-month program consisting of a workshop, a virtual acceleration phase, and a final presentation of the results. The application period for the first edition, which begins in September 2015, is now open.<\/p>\n

The aim of the joint initiative of the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship<\/strong><\/a> (SCE) of the Munich University of Applied Sciences, the FOM University<\/strong><\/a> and the initiative 4Entrepreneurship<\/strong> as well as the Tel Aviv-Yaffo Academic College<\/strong> with its incubator 'StartHub' from Israel, is to further deepen the partnership between the two countries. Both sides should benefit from the proven strengths of the partner countries. Furthermore, the project is funded by Consulate General of the State of Israel<\/a><\/strong> and the Referat f\u00fcr Arbeit und Wirtschaft of the state capital Munich<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Benefit from the \u201cstartup stronghold of Tel Aviv\u201d<\/h3>\n

Bavaria\u2019s Minister of Economic Affairs Ilse Aigner:<\/strong> \u201cThe Bavaria Israel Partnership Accelerator is part of the project WERK1.Bayern, which we recently opened<\/a>The accelerator is intended to strengthen cooperation between the Bavarian and Israeli businesses.
