The male founder or founding team will present themselves to a predominantly female audience.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Male founders and male-dominated founding teams can apply for the pitch. To do so, they should send an email to <a href=\"mailto:gruenderingesucht@her-career.com\">gruenderingesucht@her-career.com<\/a> with a brief description of the role or field for which they are seeking a co-founder. The selected startups will pitch on-site at herCAREER. <strong>on 12 and 13 October 2017<\/strong>Male founders\/founding teams can present their ideas at a meetup for up to 60 minutes free of charge. However, time slots are limited.<\/p>\n<h3>Why herCAREER?<\/h3>\n<p>As a career fair with an auditorium, herCAREER is aimed at female graduates, women in professional and management positions, and especially female entrepreneurs. The fair&#039;s top priority is sharing knowledge and experience with experts and developing new networks with exciting personalities from politics, business, and academia. A core objective of the fair is to raise the profile of female founders and enable aspiring female entrepreneurs to benefit from the knowledge and experience of successful female entrepreneurs, enabling them to grow faster with the new knowledge and profit from their learning curves.
