The capital will be used to drive growth and roll out the city-based dating business model to additional cities. Plans include further development of the iOS app and the development of an Android app.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the Stylight founding team, consisting of Benjamin G\u00fcnther, Sebastian Schuon, Max-Josef Meier, and Anselm Bauer, other business angels have joined mayze. These include Urs Keller (including billiger.de) and Munich&#039;s trendy restaurateur Max Braunmiller.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&quot;Marianne and Dominic convinced us with mayze&#039;s focus on quality and the needs of singles. With its clear positioning between Tinder and Parship, mayze appeals to a large target group for whom there are currently no suitable dating offers,&quot;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>says <strong>Investor Max-Josef Meier<\/strong>Before their new calling as messengers of love, Marianne (28 years old) and Dominic (27 years old) worked for Stylight. Marianne was responsible for Community &amp; Event Management in Marketing, and Dominic worked there as a developer.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&quot;It&#039;s simply fantastic that we were able to convince the entire Stylight founding team with our city-based premium dating app. With mayze, we&#039;re closing the market gap between very general offerings like Tinder and portals tailored to an older target audience like Parship. mayze is intended to make mobile dating more feminine and serious. We know the Stylight founders from our time together at the company and know that we work well and successfully together. Of course, we also learned at Stylight how to quickly scale a business model,&quot;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>says <strong>Marianne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The highly competitive mobile dating sector is booming: Almost 12 million Germans seek their love on dating portals every month. Mobile dating, in particular, is becoming increasingly popular. Around two-thirds of all logins to dating portals are made from mobile devices.
