Cobrainer aims to use the capital to achieve a market-leading position in strategic human capital management using expertise intelligence.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The software developed by Cobrainer uses semantic networks from both corporate and open source data to determine the expertise required for a company project. This enables efficient, interdisciplinary teams to be assembled for project work, each with complementary expertise.<\/p>\n<h3>World&#039;s largest expertise database<\/h3>\n<p>The main questions are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What expertise is essential to implement new projects?<\/li>\n<li>Which employees can provide important information for idea evaluation?<\/li>\n<li>Does a company have critical expertise gaps that need to be closed through training or recruitment?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To answer these questions, Cobrainer generates the world&#039;s largest expertise database from millions of publicly available project data sets and trains an artificial intelligence that &quot;learns&quot; which expertise should be applied appropriately to which tasks and projects.
