Every young company that wants to grow rapidly needs good employees. Finding them is not always easy. But how do you find the right employees for your startup? The colleagues at German startups<\/em> <\/a>25 founders asked this question. Here are some of the answers:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Of course, that's not always easy \u2013 the right people rarely come knocking on your door right away. You have to invest a considerable amount of time. Once we've found a potentially suitable candidate, we conduct a fairly thorough interview process. The final step is always a conversation with all employees, because in addition to professional skills, there also has to be a good fit on a personal level. I don't just trust my gut feeling; I place a lot of value on the team's assessment.

As a FinTech company, Finanzchef24 is looking for very specific profiles who are open to questioning traditional financial and insurance processes and developing completely new concepts using creativity and technology. This isn't always easy, as you have to be willing to challenge the status quo. Depending on the field, we find these candidates on traditional job portals, in startup and founder media, and even directly at universities\u2014for example, we have an incredible number of young mathematics graduates on our team. One of the best channels, however, is referrals from existing employees.
