The High-Tech Gr\u00fcnderfonds (HTGF) is investing in the technology company Userlane, among others, together with Commerzbank's main incubator. The technology developed by Userlane guides users through software like a navigation system, enabling people to use software professionally right away without any prior knowledge.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Core of the User lane<\/a> The technology developed by the company is interactive, step-by-step instructions that can be overlaid on software and guide users through all processes live within the application. Like a navigation system, the user is shown what to click, when, and where. This allows any type of software to be used immediately at a very high level without any prior knowledge.<\/p>\n

Userlane scores live and directly<\/h3>\n

Unlike video tutorials, everything here works live and directly within the software itself. Users receive interactive assistance while they are already working in the respective application. As a result, companies can significantly reduce onboarding and training costs and train software users much more efficiently.<\/p>\n
