Startups take note: In cooperation with the AHK Spain<\/a> awards the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Munich and Upper Bavaria<\/a> This year, three booths will be available to startups at the South Summit from October 5th to October 7th<\/a> in Madrid. The booth space is located at the joint stand of the AHK and IHK under the motto "German Ecosystems." <\/strong><\/p>\n

What exactly is the South Summit?<\/h3>\n

The South Summit is one of Europe's most important global startup events. A meeting place for:<\/p>\n

\u2013 the largest startups from Southern Europe, the Mediterranean region and Latin America
\n\u2013 the most well-known investors and
\n\u2013 the largest and most innovative companies in the world<\/p>\n

In 2015, more than 12,500 visitors from over 100 nationalities attended the three-day trade fair. In addition to the numerous visitors, more than 650 investors attended the South Summit to connect with startups from all over the world.<\/p>\n

Who is eligible to participate in the South Summit?<\/h3>\n

Are you a startup looking to expand internationally and connect with investors and other startups? Then the South Summit is a great opportunity to advance your startup and find a suitable internationalization strategy.<\/p>\n

Do I have to be fluent in Spanish to participate in South Summit?<\/h3>\n

No, the language of the event is English.<\/p>\n

What do I have to do to get a stand space?<\/h3>\n

If you would like to get a stand at the South Summit, write by 14September 2016<\/strong> an email to startup@muenchen.ihk.de<\/a> with a brief description of your startup and a reason why you should receive one of the three booths. After reviewing the applications, the startups that have been awarded a booth will be notified by email. If you have any questions, please feel free to email startup@muenchen.ihk.de<\/a> report. Legal recourse is excluded.<\/p>\n

Do I have to pay anything for the stand space?<\/h3>\n

No, the stand space is provided by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Flights and accommodation are not included and must be covered by the exhibitor.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
