The Munich Impact Incubator is a municipal funding program with a clear mission: to provide structured support for impact startups. Building sustainable business models <\/a>to support. Unlike classic accelerator programs, the format combines social impact with economic scalability \u2013 thus setting a strategic focus in the Munich startup ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the beginning of October 2025, five selected teams have undergone an intensive program of coaching, workshops and co-working in the Munich Urban Colab<\/a>Finally, they presented their business models to a jury. Based on this decision, the teams could receive impact funding of up to \u20ac15,000. The final event was opened by Christian Scharpf, Head of the Department of Labor and Economic Development for the City of Munich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volulink impresses with IT expertise for non-profit organizations.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Volulink emerged as the winner of this year's round. The startup brings IT expertise to non-profit organizations.<\/a> and simultaneously connects IT talent with committed companies. The goal is to strategically deploy digital skills where they create added value for society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When asked how the team has developed further through the incubator, he says Moritz Hall<\/strong> from Volulink:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

"The program helped us to bring together the individual pieces of our startup's puzzle into a coherent overall concept. We now understand much better how our social impact and a viable business model can mutually reinforce each other, and we will continue to pursue this path."<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, the community was a central element of the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With its first-place ranking, Volulink underlines the growing importance of technology-driven Impact models<\/a> in the Munich ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
