A machine treats the components with a special vapor that smooths and seals the surface. This results in products that not only look higher quality but are also more stable, hygienic, and denser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dyemansion expands its portfolio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With this acquisition, Dyemansion expands its product range to include ASM&#039;s VX1, an entry-level solution for smaller production environments. The portfolio now covers three product levels, ranging from basic to highly industrial solutions. Vapor smoothing is considered the largest market segment in the post-processing of additively manufactured components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased to announce that Dyemansion has acquired ASM. The system quickly established itself as a compact entry-level solution in the field of vapor smoothing. The VX1 uses an environmentally friendly, reusable solvent and processes materials such as PA12, PA11, and TPU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWith its strong market position and global distribution network, Dyemansion is the ideal partner for our technology.
