How can we make it easier for young people to come to Munich and start a business? This is the question that drives Darius G\u00f6ttert, also the founder of InCommunity<\/a> and Spreadly<\/a>His solution: A place that offers everything startups need. The founder of the new startup incubator says:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

"I came to Munich at 16 and didn't know a single person out of 1.3 million people. I built my entire network from scratch, and I know how difficult that is. I want to give other people the opportunity to avoid having to do the work of seven or eight years."<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The concept is as follows: Six founders can move into Darius' loft for a few weeks, pay a capped rent (maximum \u20ac1,300 per month), and receive an all-inclusive package. Here, they can establish their startup in peace, meet potential co-founders or employees, and have direct access to investors and other key players in the ecosystem.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

"We also have a partner notary, partner accountant, and partner lawyer, among others, who you can consult at any time if needed. This allows you to concentrate fully on building your startup,"<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

explained Darius <\/strong>to his Startup incubator.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Darius\u2019 idea is supported by several partners, including the technician <\/a>health insurance<\/a> and Munich Startup. For example, the kitchen in the loft becomes the "Munich Startup Kitchen." <\/p>\n\n\n\n

"I think it's great how the city of Munich, and Munich Startup in particular, are showing that this topic is important to them and investing a lot of energy and money in such ideas. This way, we can further unite the Munich ecosystem."<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The Wittenberg native is working hard on this. Initially, six founders from Germany will be staying in the loft for one week each for six weeks.
