Munich Startup: What does your startup do? What problem does Aicx solve?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tyrel Gidinski, Aicx:<\/em> Aicx is a Munich-based company for AI software solutions. We combine our deep consulting expertise with our hyper-agent platform HEART (=Hyper Engine for Agents, Resources and Tools) to enable companies to consistently drive their digital transformation. Our agents, equipped with thousands of skills, can be integrated into existing workflows across industries and autonomously perform routine tasks \u2013 be it via text, voice, or avatar \u2013 while seamlessly integrating with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and HR (Human Resources Management) systems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We address strategic gaps, provide a clear roadmap for prioritizing AI use cases, and overcome integration complexity as well as scaling and infrastructure challenges. At the same time, our privacy-compliant architecture, audit trails, and governance rules ensure security and compliance at all times. Our focus on intuitive, human-centered interactions and comprehensive support ensures that employees not only use our solutions but also truly integrate them into their daily work. This leads to tangible productivity gains, cost savings, and continuous innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n

The difference to existing AI offerings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup: But that's been around for a long time!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tyrel Gidinski<\/em>:<\/em> Of course, there are now a few providers who also talk about AI agents. But most of them are essentially open-source building blocks or do-it-yourself kits, for which companies must bring their own expert knowledge and considerable resources. At Aicx, we've found that true acceptance and lasting success only occur when the agents not only work technically, but are also fun and build a relationship \u2013 similar to a trusted colleague. Our HEART agents are equipped with thousands of pre-trained skills from the start and are continuously evolving. They interact so human-like that employees enjoy working with them, learning, and remembering funny aha moments. At the same time, they deliver outstanding performance in the background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, we seamlessly combine this human interface with integrative interfaces to the various systems, small workflow tools, and communication channels. Our agents not only access internal company data, but also use external market and competitive information to generate reports and identify opportunities. This all-round package of technology, full-service integration, and adoption expertise has never existed in this form before \u2013 until now with Aicx.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup: What is your founding story?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tyrel Gidinski<\/em>:<\/em> When David Rizek, Maurice Berninger and I founded Aicx as a strategic consulting boutique in early 2024, the focus was not only on the rapid implementation of the first Gen-AI projects (=generative AI, editor\u2019s note) <\/em>In our focus from the very beginning, we not only focused on our approach to small and medium-sized businesses, but also on our way of leading and working together. Through close collaboration with our customers, it became clear that a purely technical solution without holistic integration and human-centered support was insufficient. Within just a few months, we therefore merged our consulting expertise with our own software development and created HEART, our hyper-agent. It was important to us to create a working environment in which passionate, value-driven colleagues from a wide variety of backgrounds could grow together toward our vision. This way, we ensure that we not only deliver first-class products, but also stay together as a team and continue to develop over the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of challenges and growth<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup: What have been your biggest challenges so far?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tyrel Gidinski<\/em>:<\/em> Two major challenges have been crucial for us so far. First, we operated as a purely self-financed company from the very beginning and had to ensure that we remained profitable at every step \u2013 a constant tension between smart growth and solid business management. Second, we had to position our AI product HEART in the market in such a way that we created real added value while preserving our consulting DNA. We had to fight against excessive marketing hype and false expectations in order to build lasting trust with our customers and clearly communicate the difference between real benefits and mere euphoria. These two aspects challenged us greatly and continue to do so today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup: Where would you like to be in one year, where in five years? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tyrel Gidinski<\/em>:<\/em> We are very pleased that we are currently generating seven-figure annual revenue while remaining comfortably profitable. We currently serve 15 active enterprise customers from medium-sized businesses and corporations across a wide range of industries. In the coming year, we will significantly expand our team, as demand for our HEART platform is steadily increasing \u2013 both for new projects and for the further development of existing solutions. At the same time, we are focusing on further expanding our customer base. This will enable us to leverage efficiency potential, optimize cost factors, and continuously push the performance limits of our agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In five years, we want to still be doing what we love: accompanying companies on their transformation journey with our humanized AI hyper-agents. At the same time, we assume that technology and customer requirements will have evolved by then \u2013 from classic machine learning to Gen-AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic models to innovations not yet foreseeable. We look forward to tackling this next wave of the AI revolution with passion and curiosity and laying the foundations today for products that will be used in five years. Our goal is to continue to deliver real added value for our employees, customers, and Investors <\/a>and to continue to inspire with our products through \u201cwow\u201d effects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Munich as a springboard <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup: How have you experienced Munich as a startup location so far?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tyrel Gidinski<\/em>:<\/em> Munich is an ideal location for us \u2013 it combines a strong startup ecosystem with the innovative power of large industrial and medium-sized companies. We benefit from the excellent pool of skilled workers, renowned universities, and a broad network of investors and events. At the same time, however, we are also experiencing growing competition for talent and the high costs, which pose a challenge, especially for young companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An added bonus: A day trip to the mountains for creative inspiration, fresh air, and exercise always provides us with new ideas and energy. Overall, we value Munich very much \u2013 the combination of creative dynamism, a solid economy, and close proximity to the Alps provides exactly the environment in which we can grow with Aicx and further advance our vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup: Quick Exit or Long-Term Exit?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tyrel Gidinski<\/em>:<\/em> I hope that everyone in this industry who is driving real growth and sustainable value for employees and companies is prepared to have a long-term perspective\u2014almost like an extended autumn in which ideas mature and relationships grow. How long this "autumn" ultimately lasts will depend on technological advances, people's needs, and the evolution of our customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
