In addition to editorial work, we are involved in strategic projects, organize the Munich Startup Festival, and represent the Munich startup scene on national and international stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">This is what we are looking for<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As Brand &amp; Communications Manager, you will work at the interface between editorial, strategy, and data analysis and assume responsibility for three key areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Content &amp; Media Production<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conception, planning and independent creation of editorial contributions for cms.munich-startup.net and the social media channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optionally, further conception, planning and implementation of content formats (e.g. video, audio)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research of new developments, trends and information from the startup scene, newsletter creation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search engine optimization \/ SEO-optimized copywriting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Data analysis &amp; strategy development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Concept and implementation of data collection and strategies for successful monitoring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analysis of key performance indicators (reach, engagement, user behavior)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Derivation of strategic measures to further develop our offering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of new growth opportunities and optimization potential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Brand strategy &amp; positioning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Further development of the Munich Startup brand and its strategic direction in cooperation with the Munich Startup management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development and implementation of concepts to strengthen our visibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integration of digital communication with offline formats of the project team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development and implementation of guidelines for a consistent and professional brand image<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your profile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completed studies in the fields of media, communication, business administration, or a similarly relevant course of study<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in content creation (text, video, image) and digital storytelling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of brand strategy and positioning in the digital space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical thinking skills and confident handling of data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiative, creativity and strategic sense<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong networking skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affinity to the startup and innovation scene as well as to deep-tech topics is an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in integrating online and offline measures is an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What awaits you<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer you an exciting and varied role in the heart of Munich&#039;s startup scene in a dynamic working environment with flat hierarchies and a motivated team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Safe workplace<\/strong>: Permanent position with remuneration according to TV\u00f6D EG 11, possibly with development opportunities, additional pension and other public service benefits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>flexibility<\/strong>: Possibility of mobile work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mobility &amp;
