Munich Startup:<\/em> What is your Startup<\/a>What problem are you solving?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pharmacy services:<\/em> Pharmacy services<\/a> offers deeply integrated software for scaled customer engagement with efficient status management of medication analyses, as well as a home office pharmacist marketplace. Pharmacies can thus reduce analysis time by a fifth and profitably integrate the service into everyday routine. Customers thus conduct hundreds to thousands of analyses annually.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No one-size-fits-all solution available yet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup:<\/em><\/strong> But that's been around for a long time!
<\/strong>
Pharmacy services:<\/em> There are individual solutions for parts of the process, but nothing that's a one-size-fits-all solution. This means you have to constantly switch tools and lose important information. Our product even creates home office workspaces for pharmacies, something pharmacists have been waiting for for a long time!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup:<\/em><\/strong> What is your founding story?<\/strong>

Pharmacy services:<\/em> Emad and Rick met at a party and realized they were operating in the same market. Emad was already developing pharmacy software for Dutch local pharmacies, and Rick was working as a freelancer for an online pharmacy in Germany at the time. A few meetings with pharmacists later, the idea was born, and the first prototype was created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup:<\/em><\/strong> What have been your biggest challenges so far?<\/strong>

Pharmacy services:<\/em> We're bootstrapping the startup from scratch, which means we have to take on other jobs on the side, which isn't always easy. We also set ourselves the goal of delivering our own booth and a finished product with a demo account to the largest pharmacy trade fair. It was quite a sprint, and we mastered it brilliantly!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objective: Significant improvements in drug therapy safety<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup:<\/em><\/strong> Where would you like to be in one year, where in five years?<\/strong>

Pharmacy services:<\/em> In one year, we aim to have home care pharmacies actively using our new product, Apodienste HomeCare. In five years, we aim to see significant improvements in medication safety. Through the numerous medication analyses we enable, we hope to significantly reduce hospital stays for nursing home residents, significantly improving the quality of care and patient well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup:<\/em><\/strong> How have you experienced Munich as a startup location so far?<\/strong>

Pharmacy services:<\/em> Extremely good, especially since we started working in the Werksviertel. The infrastructure and the countless programs here are truly the biggest bonus!

Munich Startup:<\/em><\/strong> Risk or security?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
