Smart Mobile Labs started as a spin-off of the telecommunications company Nokia and specializes in video transmission over the mobile network. Video technology company<\/a> is on a mission to revolutionize real-time content delivery. Its technology offers diverse applications for sports and entertainment events, public safety, and the automotive industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After more than ten years in business, the Munich-based founders are now selling to Boldyn Networks. The UK-based company is strengthening its position as a leading provider of private mobile networks. With this strategic acquisition, Boldyn is expanding its technical expertise for key sectors, tailored use cases, and the development of its Private 5G as a Service<\/a>-offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smart Mobile Labs brings important contacts to leading German mobile network operators and technology providers, further strengthening Boldyn's market position. The Munich-based company also expands Boldyn's capabilities with its patented live video streaming software solution, EVO (Edge Video Orchestrator).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
