His startup<\/a> The company focuses on preserving agricultural land primarily for food production, but also generating electricity on it using solar panels. For farmers, this translates to up to \u20ac4,000 in additional income per hectare \u2013 without compromising the primary agricultural use, according to the startup. Furthermore, the technology reduces water consumption and makes agriculture more resilient to crop failures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To achieve all this, Feld Energy offers two different solar systems: vertical and tracked systems. In vertical systems, the solar panels are arranged vertically from north to south, so that the fields face east and west. Farmers can then continue farming between the resulting wall-like rows. At the same time, the modules protect the crops from wind erosion and desiccation. Tracked systems, on the other hand, automatically align themselves with the sun. They are designed to rotate out of the wind during storms and provide protection from severe weather events and desiccation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now the Startup<\/a> Convince investors of his concept and close pre-seed financing of \u20ac1.7 million. The round is led by HV Capital and supported by Angel Invest and CoInvest (Marc Diekmann).
