The award-winning<\/a> Startup Inveox is insolvent. The reason for this is a financial crisis triggered by a sudden lack of financing from its shareholders. The Munich District Court has granted the insolvency application and appointed attorney Marc-Andr\u00e9 Kuhne as provisional insolvency administrator. Kuhne has already initiated a structured investor process in cooperation with the M&A consulting firm Falkensteg.
