The Munich-based company&#039;s platform offers users comprehensive financial control for project developments and aims to improve cost and revenue management through AI-based technology. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Probis intends to continue its growth course<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>JLL Spark&#039;s unspecified investment in a Series A round is expected to help Probis continue its growth path in the area of cloud-based project controlling. <strong>Moritz Koppe<\/strong>, CEO <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prob.is\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Probis<\/a>, says about the current financing round:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&quot;JLL&#039;s investment is a continuation of our global expansion strategy. JLL&#039;s commitment enables us to grow and offer our clients additional cloud-based AI capabilities, expanding our capabilities in multi-project controlling and providing real-time data to real estate lenders and developers.&quot;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>JLL Spark focuses on <a href=\"\/en\/day\/financing\/\">Investments<\/a> in proptech companies that develop creative solutions for the real estate industry. The strategic investment in the Munich-based company aims to promote digital transformation and efficiency within the industry.
