When assessing which startup is ready for investment, we base our assessment on the \u201cDealroom Signal\u201d of the Munich Startup Insights.<\/a> This evaluates companies based on four categories: "Timing" indicates how much time has passed since the last funding round; "Growth Rate" refers to the startup's growth rate; "Founding Team" considers the founders and the successes they have already achieved; and finally, "Completeness" refers to the startup's data within the insights. Nyx \u2013 the name of the The Exploration Company<\/a> The space capsule, developed by The Exploration Company, is intended to transport cargo and eventually people into space in the future to supply space stations and conduct long-distance research missions. The spacecraft is designed to be reusable multiple times and refueled in orbit. Furthermore, Nyx is being developed independently of launch vehicles, allowing the space capsule to be launched using various rockets. At the beginning of last year, the startup, founded in 2021, raised \u20ac40.5 million in its Series A round. The round was led by EQT Ventures and Red River West. New and existing investors such as Promus Ventures, Cherry Ventures, Vsquared, Omnes Capital, July Fund, Partech, Habert Dassault Finance, Schlumberger, WMA, Possible Ventures, Rymdkapital, and Sista Fund also participated. The startup Roadsurfer<\/a> operates a fleet of camper vans from various manufacturers that customers can rent via its online platform. The vans are then picked up and returned at one of the numerous stations the startup operates in several countries. With additional offerings such as the sale of used vehicles, the option of long-term rentals, and a booking platform for individual and private parking spaces, Roadsurfer aims to further sweeten the vacations of those wishing to travel. The company last raised \u20ac24 million in funding in 2021, when Roadsurfer received funding of \u20ac24 million. Orbit Health<\/a> has developed an app that helps provide personalized treatment to people with Parkinson's disease. Smartwatches record movement data, which is then analyzed and evaluated by an AI system. This allows treating physicians, nurses, and even patients themselves to continuously monitor and access the patient's condition. In its founding year of 2021, the startup secured support from EIT Health and thus \u20ac1.5 million. However, Orbit Health has not yet received any venture capital. However, a score of 100 in the timing category (and 87 in the overall rating) from the Dealroom Signal suggests that this could soon change. Stabl Energy recently received \u20ac15 million \u2013 almost exactly a year ago. The Munich-based company's solution, for which they have already raised a total of \u20ac21.6 million, has only become more sought after since then. Stabl Energy divides high-voltage battery packs into many smaller modules and interconnects them dynamically. the startup<\/a> Eliminating risks when used electric vehicle batteries are used for battery storage systems. This gives used batteries a second life in the spirit of the circular economy. The Munich-based company's second-life battery storage systems are intended for use primarily by commercial and industrial customers, in the construction and real estate industries, and in the agricultural sector. \"Reverion\"
Almost exactly as long ago was the last investment in Reverion<\/a> In spring 2023, the cleantech startup and its special power plants received \u20ac8.5 million. According to the company, these can achieve an efficiency of up to 80 percent when converting biogas into electricity. This allows biogas plant operators to increase their revenues by up to 400 percent using the same amount of biomass. Furthermore, small power plants also have the ability to run "in reverse" (reversibly). This allows a temporary surplus of wind and solar power to be used to generate and store a renewable natural gas substitute or green hydrogen. A total of \u20ac18 million has already flowed into Reverion's account. But with this technology, which has already received numerous awards, the next round of financing should not be too long in coming.
