An innovative chat solution also aims to help close the loop: The startup enables consumers to chat with their products. This allows them to access information about product features, repairs, returns, or resale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LoopID also enables its customers to create and manage digital twins of their physical products. These already comply with the upcoming EU regulations on digital product passports, which are intended to contain all information about the components and ingredients used, as well as other product properties. This is intended to make it easier for consumers to make informed purchasing decisions. The startup is currently focusing on the priority sectors for the circular economy transformation: electronics\/telecommunications, textiles\/fashion, and real estate. The Munich-based company has already won over strong partners such as Infineon, with whom it is developing industry-specific plug-and-play solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cThe solution allows a completely new level of interaction between products and customers.\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Now the <a href=\"\/en\/63013\/startup-start-up-company\/\">Startup<\/a> completed its first financing round. Vanagon Ventures and Joerg Walden are investing an undisclosed sum in LoopID. The company is also receiving funding from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK) as part of the Innovation Program for Business Models and Pioneering Solutions (IGP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Christian Adler<\/strong>, Co-Founder and Managing Director of LoopID, says:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&quot;With their strong belief and trust in our team and capabilities, Vanagon enables us to focus on developing and implementing our solution together with our partners at high speed and provides us with access to world-class investors and advisors like J\u00f6rg Walden.
