1st place:<\/strong> With energy for gastronomy, it creates Ecomates<\/strong> to first place in June's 'Startups of the Month'. The startup is driving the energy transition in the hospitality industry. The Munich-based company's so-called Smart Degraders are currently the smallest fully automated biogas plants, with which businesses can not only reduce emissions but also save money. 2nd place:<\/strong> Second place this month went to Ecoplanet<\/strong>The startup was founded in 2022 by Maximilian Dekorsy and Henry Keppler. It now has a 35-person team, operates offices in Munich and Berlin, and has raised a total of six million euros in capital since March 2023. In the first year after its product launch, the company recorded seven-figure revenues and is growing steadily. \"Solation\"<\/a>
3rd place:<\/strong> The tenant electricity concept involves supplying electricity generated on the roof of a rental building or in its immediate vicinity directly to the building's tenants. This allows locally generated electricity from renewable sources to be used directly on-site, which not only decentralizes the power grid, but also serves as an incentive for landlords to install solar panels on the roofs of their buildings. However, high administrative hurdles make this difficult. The startup Solation<\/strong> has developed solutions for this \u2013 and at the same time links tenant electricity with social commitment.
