SMEs \u2013 including start-ups, self-employed individuals and public-benefit enterprises \u2013 as well as research institutions and universities cooperating with these companies can apply for the IGP. the program<\/a> We offer two different project types: smaller feasibility projects and larger market-ready projects. These projects can be implemented either as individual projects or in cooperation with several partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The third call will support business models and pioneering solutions for better health and care. To be successful, these should focus on innovations in the health and\/or care sectors and develop market-oriented innovations that promise advantages over existing solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In terms of content, the IGP is looking for, among other things, innovative solutions to improve prevention, care and rehabilitation, new designs and concepts for inclusion innovations or dignified aging, as well as innovative support concepts for sick and dependent people and their relatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Submission deadline: August 27<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Applications can now be submitted, Deadline is August 27<\/a>, promptly at 3 p.m. Those who were convincing in the competition will be considered by the jury. Applicants can be invited to present their projects in the pitch, expected to take place in January 2025. This will particularly apply to those applications that are ranked mid-range in the jury's evaluation. No pitches are planned for stronger or weaker applications. The BMWK has not yet decided where the pitches will take place. Those whose applications are convincing will then have the opportunity to submit a full application for funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The IGP offers additional information in several Webinars<\/a> In the first overview webinar, "IGP Explained in a Nutshell," details about the IGP's goals, requirements, and funding modalities will be shared, support will be provided in formulating short participation outlines, and questions will be answered. A "live chat with the project sponsor" is also planned shortly before the outline submission deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
