1st place:<\/strong> Gallery owner and founder Franziska Scheuerle proves that the Munich startup scene can also serve the luxury segment. With her platform Loremo<\/strong> Companies and private customers can order customized works of art using an algorithm-based configurator. These exclusive, one-of-a-kind pieces can be customized to match the colors of the existing interior design and the customer's personality. The business model involves matching prospective buyers with suitable artists, for which Loremo then receives a portion of the purchase price. During an appearance on the fifth episode of the current season of "Die H\u00f6hle der L\u00f6wen" (The Lion's Den), three investors expressed interest in the Munich-based art startup. 2nd place:<\/strong> EMS training, or training with electrical muscle stimulation technology, has long been offered by specialized fitness studios. However, the experience leaves much to be desired: "For a 20-minute workout, I had to spend 30 minutes traveling there and back. The large glass fronts made me feel like I was being showcased in a shop window. The preparation, which involved wiring and spraying someone else's suit with water, was tiresome, and it was very expensive," recalls Emilia von Keyserlingk, founder of the Munich startup. Pepper<\/strong>With her company, she wants to make things better and brings EMS training into the home. 3rd place:<\/strong> The long-distance train provider is now expanding Flixtrain<\/strong> its offer gradually<\/a> \u2013 and plans to achieve around 40 percent more capacity this summer than in 2023. The company is also increasing frequencies: Flixtrain trains will now run up to six times a day on the Berlin-Cologne route (previously: four), and up to eight times a day on the Berlin-Frankfurt route (previously: six). After a construction-related break, the FLX11 line will also return, connecting Berlin to Rhineland-Palatinate and now once again connecting Mainz and Wolfsburg. 4th place: Vinlivt <\/strong>offers a financial app for digital customer management that enables insurance and financial intermediaries to manage their customer and contract portfolios efficiently and fully digitally and to acquire new customers automatically. As part of a pre-seed extension, the fintech startup can now secure an additional capital injection<\/a> of almost one million euros. \"Truckoo\"<\/a>
5th place: <\/strong>After the seed round in summer 2021, the Munich startup celebrates Truckoo<\/strong> its next successful financing. Led by the Austrian investment company Wave-X, the round totaled 1.5 million euros for the Munich residents<\/a>Founded in 2019, the startup digitizes the trade of commercial vehicles such as trucks, buses, and construction vehicles with its platform and app. Trading is organized through partners \u2013 established commercial vehicle workshops that evaluate the vehicles free of charge and record all information in the app. After the sale, the platform takes over the processing.
