Founded in 2012, Talentry GmbH<\/strong><\/a> offers web-based social recruiting software that helps companies fill open positions. Talentry digitizes the employee referral process: Companies can use the software to inform their employees about vacant positions. Talentry leverages the reach of social networks to connect companies with suitable talent. With just a few clicks, employees can share the positions on their social media channels or forward them directly to potential candidates. Another feature is the intelligent search, which employees can use to suggest suitable candidates from their Xing or LinkedIn network.
