With User lane Users can immediately find their way around any new software – without any prior knowledge.

Today, no car can do without an integrated navigation system.
Userlane applies the same principle to software. A virtual assistant guides users directly through the application – step by step and in real time.

Until now, users often resorted to video tutorials, PDF manuals, or FAQs when they had questions about the software. The disadvantage: they had to interrupt their work to look things up.

In contrast, a user lane is integrated directly into the application. Users are shown where to click in the respective software, like a navigation system. All irrelevant screen elements are hidden.

With Userlane technology, companies can teach software expertise to an unlimited number of employees – automatically, effectively, and directly at their own workplace. This saves employers training costs and allows them to hire qualified employees regardless of software knowledge.

SaaS providers can automate and optimize user onboarding with Userlane. The integrated support ensures users are confident in using the software right from the start. This leads to increased conversion rates and reduced support costs.
