Our aim is to simplify extracurricular learning support for pupils, parents and schools using digital technologies such as apps, chat and video. The tedious search for a tutor, complicated appointment arrangements and postponements, uncertainty about quality and progress and high costs are resolved digitally by ubiMaster.
ubiMaster offers learning support and tutoring for students on demand as part of a fixed-price model. We thus combine digital access with a personal learning experience for students

It works very simply: the student asks a question via the ubiMaster app and is connected to a certified tutor within 2 minutes. The teacher then guides the student step by step to the solution.
The ubiMaster platform brings supply and demand together using data-based matching. ubiMaster maps the entire value chain from marketing to students/parents, to acquisition, testing, matching of teachers and billing, thus enabling inherent quality management. Pricing is based on a risk model and is reviewed on an ongoing basis.
The sales focus is initially on B2C and B2I (schools). Further development will include AI tools to increase efficiency and scalability (e.g. enhanced chatbots) as well as the development of new sales channels.
ubiMaster was founded in 2018. We already have over 5,000 registered users on our platform and currently offer our learning support in the subjects of mathematics and physics. Further subjects are planned for 2021.
