ottonova is Germany's first purely digital private health insurer. Transparency and simplicity are the hallmarks of the Munich-based startup. The InsurTech company bundles its digital services in a specially developed app, which can be conveniently accessed from a central location via the so-called concierge service.
Employees can choose between two different plans, and civil servants between four. Ottonova also offers an expat plan and a supplementary dental and hospital plan for those with statutory insurance.
