A company car for management and field staff, a subsidized public transport ticket for another part of the workforce, and possibly a company bike or fuel vouchers to choose from. These isolated mobility solutions neither meet all the challenges and needs of employees, nor are they easy to manage for employers. Instead, they involve significant administrative effort and expense. In our opinion, they are anything but contemporary, needs-based, and sustainable!

With MOBIKO, employers provide their employees with a digital and flexible mobility budget for their commute and leisure travel as a benefit. This allows employees to use all modes of transport
worldwide according to individual needs and environmental awareness, and easily settle the costs with their employer using the MOBIKO app. They will automatically receive reimbursement for submitted mobility expenses with their salary the following month – true to the motto: "Drive greener. Save taxes."

MOBIKO's mission is to offer companies a solution for managing their employees' mobility with a flexible monthly digital mobility budget. Employers thus receive an easy-to-use tool for managing employee mobility, accounting for it in a tax-compliant manner, and incentivizing sustainable mobility behavior. This allows them to save on company mobility costs while actively promoting environmentally friendly mobility behavior and improving their company's carbon footprint.
