inGemeinschaft creates affordable housing through multi-generational shared housing.
We connect young adults with seniors who have available rooms and offer them a comprehensive service package. This includes assistance with leasing, contract processing, and security checks. We promote harmonious coexistence through detailed questionnaires and interviews to ensure compatibility between residents.
Our goal is to combat social isolation and foster new friendships while alleviating the housing shortage. With inGemeinschaft, we are shaping the housing of the future – social, supportive, and sustainable.
Founders Darius (23) and Philipp (39) met by chance while working on the same idea. Darius has previously worked in early-stage startups and most recently built the software startup "Spreadly." Philipp has held various management positions at Uber and other scale-ups.
