Boutiq AI is developing Treasure Contracts, a complete AI-powered Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system for corporate legal departments – with the aim of making legal contract work more efficient, scalable and data-driven.

The problem
Contract processes in companies are slow and incomplete at every stage. Reviewing individual contracts takes hours, negotiations drag on for weeks, and internal approvals create additional bottlenecks – time that legal teams lack for strategic work. At the same time, many contracts aren't reviewed legally at all because there simply isn't enough capacity. The result: contracts that are reviewed consume a disproportionate amount of resources – and a significant portion go entirely unchecked. Furthermore, there's a lack of solutions that can be seamlessly integrated into existing workflows without requiring costly system migrations.

The solution
Treasure Contracts covers the entire contract lifecycle: from automated creation based on company-specific templates, through AI-powered review against playbooks and guidelines, structured negotiation with redlining and change tracking, to centralized management and deadline monitoring after signing. The AI detects deviations from standard clauses, identifies critical risks via a red flag system, and provides concrete recommendations for changes. Instead of implementing a standalone portal, Treasure Contracts integrates directly with ERP, CRM, SharePoint, and other business systems. A self-learning legal ontology continuously adapts to the specific contract language and risk profiles of each company.

Founding team
The team combines over 20 years of legal tech experience gained at a major international law firm. Moritz Biersack, former Lead Machine Learning Engineer at an international commercial law firm and co-founder of an AI startup for contract analysis, is responsible for the technology. Dr. Annalisa Steiner, a lawyer, brings deep expertise in mass litigation and process. Tobias Warken, former Lead Legal Solutions Project Manager, combines experience founding legal tech companies with a sound understanding of the needs of large legal departments.
