Many companies have already established cooperation programs with startups and gained initial experience. However, despite original ideas, innovative technology, a suitable form of cooperation, transparent processes, budgets, and responsibilities, expectations and results have often been repeatedly disappointed. The reasons for this can usually be boiled down to one common denominator: the human factor.
Due to the high density of interactions between the company and the startup, human factors play a key role in the innovation process and determine its success or failure.
In this two-part workshop, you'll have the opportunity to exchange ideas with other companies in a small, select group and, in particular, uncover the key human factors that have hindered your collaboration with the startups. Based on this, you'll be equipped with personalized suggestions and ideas to anticipate and avoid the inherent human obstacles in the collaboration process.
