You will also learn how to prepare the company for the due diligence that precedes each investment in order to optimally present the company to the potential investor.
FinTech / Crowdinvesting
Our bonus evening is specifically aimed at founders in the FinTech sector. FinTech companies are unique in that—in addition to the usual legal challenges—they must also consider that certain services require authorization from BaFin.
At our FinTech Night, the regulatory framework will be explained, and each participant will develop a sense of which services require a banking license or an e-money license.
Finally, we also examine the legal framework for a specific FinTech group, namely crowdinvesting platforms. Founders interested in launching a crowdinvesting campaign will gain useful insights and learn what to expect.
