Award ceremony of the Strascheg Award with presentation of the winners as part of the Entrepreneurship Day at the Munich University of Applied Sciences
The Strascheg Award is the Munich University of Applied Sciences' ideas competition and is awarded in three categories for innovative business ideas. Ideas, projects, and academic papers driven by entrepreneurial spirit are eligible for application.
The decisive criteria for the award are the degree of innovation, market potential, and the prospects for implementation of the idea. The award carries a total of €30,000 in prize money. The first- to third-place ideas in each of the three categories will receive €5,000, €3,000, and €2,000, respectively. In addition, all winning projects can take advantage of six months of free support and consulting from the SCE Start-up Fund to ensure the sustainable implementation of their project. All participants receive a personal consultation and qualified feedback on their business idea. The Strascheg Award is sponsored by the Renate & Falk Strascheg Foundation.
