On Thursday, May 9, 2019, 100 high school students from Munich will have the opportunity to meet their entrepreneurial role models. The non-profit initiative STARTUP TEENS is hosting an event to inspire students between the ages of 14 and 19 to think and act entrepreneurially. Whether they want to become founders, company successors, or entrepreneurially minded employees, the young people will gain insight into various career paths, receive practical tips, and access to the STARTUP TEENS network.

The event itself will consist of three parts. Starting at 5:30 p.m., the 2018 Founder of the Year, Rubin Lind (skills4school), will be in discussion with Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs Hubert Aiwanger, the founders of Germany's most successful learning app, Alex Giesecke & Nico Schork (simpleclub), the managing director of Munich's most startup-friendly city, Dr. Florian Mann (WERK1), and founder Maria Sievert (inveox GmbH). Afterwards, the students will have the opportunity to ask questions to the panelists. From 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., participants can meet the panelists and other invited guests in person and exchange ideas.
