In cooperation with the BUSINESS ANGELS NETZWERK DEUTSCHLAND e. V. (BAND) and the Federal Association of German Startups e.V., experienced business angels, founders, and lawyers have developed standard documents for financing rounds.
During the event, which is aimed primarily at company founders, business angels and venture capital investors, the German/English standard document 'Term Sheet', which was developed under the leadership of ARQIS Rechtsanwälte (in particular Prof. Dr. Christoph von Einem), as well as the model contract for 'convertible loans' will be presented and discussed.
Afterwards there will be ample opportunity for networking and a relaxing end to the evening on the roof terrace.
